New Product Warranty

All new products will be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please see each individual’s warranty cover or need any assistance please call 01782 978978.

Extended Warranties

Extended warranties may be available on some products. Please contact the sales team and discuss on 01782 978978.

Warranty Claims

Any warranty claim should be detailed on a A50 Fitness LTD warranty form. Depending on the nature of the claim, A50 Fitness may request evidence of the product before a claim is made and may ask for the product to be returned to the head office for inspection. 

The warranty period will continue to be from the date of purchase. 

Not Covered warranty:

• General wear and tear of any product

• Not using the correct flooring for the equipment

• Misuse or Neglect

• Cosmetic Ceramic coating wear is not covered by warranty

• Machines been loaded past its machine rating 

• Alterations of any machine or equipment

Warranties only apply to goods within mainland UK.
